There is a new NIOSH report today.  This report details the events that led to the shooting and death of Appleton, Wisconsin Firefighter Mitchell Lundgaard on an EMS call for a patient having seizures on a city bus.  Police bodycam video of the incident shows how the incident went from EMS call to deadly shooting in just minutes.
