NIOSH has reports for 3 similar LODD’s today since 2014. If similar LODD’s can occur in three different states, I think we should take note and review the incidents and try to prevent it from happing again!

Dec 09, 2015		Volunteer fire fighter dies after inhaling super-heated gases at a residential structure fire – New York.

Dec 09, 2014		Career female fire fighter dies after becoming lost and running out of air in a residential structure fire – Pennsylvania.
