No LODD’s reported by NIOSH today but FireFighterCloseCalls.com has several on the History Page. Included on the page is a report about the Millard Hotel fire in Omaha, NE in 1933. This fire claimed the lives of 7 firefighters and injured 17 others.

Second day in a row without a NIOSH reported LODD. Firefighterclosecalls.com has reports of several including an incident in Syracuse, NY in 1939 that claimed the lives of 9 firefighters! Here is another story about this fire from Syracuse.com.
