I am a big fan of Marquet’s first book Turn the Ship Around and Leadership is Language doesn’t disappoint! He has a fresh take on what we say and don’t say as leaders and how it can lead to either success or failure. You can also subscribe to David Marquet’s Leadership Nudges on YouTube. These are short, weekly videos with leadership tips and stories. Well worth the 3-5 minutes for any leader!
