Leaders are not just born, they develop. If you want to be a great leader, seek inspiration from other leaders. There are plenty of sources out there. You might be more old school and enjoy books. Or, maybe you like podcasts or videos. No matter, you can find a wealth of information if you just look!
This was from two years ago as well…
As I updated the book list page with yesterday’s review I noticed I was remiss in letting folks no about another excellent leadership book by L. David Marquet, Leadership is Language. I am a big fan of Marquet’s first book Turn the Ship Around and Leadership is Language doesn’t disappoint! He has a fresh take on what we say and don’t say as leaders and how it can lead to either success or failure. You can also subscribe to David Marquet’s Leadership Nudges on YouTube. These are short, weekly videos with leadership tips and stories. Well worth the 3-5 minutes for any leader!
